Join me on this reflective journey to rediscover your brilliance and embrace your unique approach to building meaningful relationships—both in your classroom and beyond. Your personal touch has the power to transform connections, inspire growth, and create lasting impact. Let’s explore how you can cultivate and sustain these relationships in ways that reflect your passion and purpose.

More About the Journey

  • Embodiment work consists both of sitting and moving practices. Sitting practice is a meditative approach that involves subtle movements and intentional awareness of the body. Moving practice, on the other hand, is a fluid, self-guided exploration of movement, allowing you to engage with your body in a way that meets your needs in the moment. Together, these practices cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body, fostering presence and self-awareness.

  • The books in your resource package are designed to introduce you to key concepts we will explore together. They offer alternative perspectives on familiar ideas like compassion and trauma, encouraging you to expand your understanding. This exposure serves as the foundation for your own insights to take shape, ultimately guiding you toward deeper wisdom.

  • You can expect to dedicate 10–15 hours per week to your study, journaling, meditation, and embodiment work. The more fully you engage in these practices, the more quickly you’ll experience meaningful results. Consistency and presence with the work will deepen your growth and transformation.
