PARENTING PACKAGES *
Parenting is hard. Most of us struggle with finding a balance between how we were raised and how we want to raise our own children. It’s so true that our early experiences with our caregivers can shape the way we approach our own parenting, sometimes in ways we don’t even realize. We might know exactly what not to do, but understanding what will work can be much harder. Especially when we’re faced with our children's big emotions, idiosyncrasies, and underlying needs, it can be easy to fall into old patterns even if we’re consciously trying to avoid them. This pattern is not new, but it can be broken and reforged into a new, fruitful pattern that serves both you and your child.

More About the Journey
-
Embodiment work consists of both sitting and moving practices. Sitting practice is a meditative approach that involves subtle movements and intentional awareness of the body. Moving practice, on the other hand, is a fluid, self-guided exploration of movement, allowing you to engage with your body in a way that meets your needs in the moment. Together, these practices cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body, fostering presence and self-awareness.
-
The books in your resource package are designed to introduce you to key concepts we will explore together. They offer alternative perspectives on familiar ideas like compassion and trauma, encouraging you to expand your understanding. This exposure serves as the foundation for your own insights to take shape, ultimately guiding you toward deeper wisdom.
-
You can expect to dedicate 10–15 hours per week to your study, journaling, meditation, and embodiment work. The more fully you engage in these practices, the more quickly you’ll experience meaningful results. Consistency and presence in the work will deepen your growth and transformation.
