This journey will take 4 months to complete and includes the following:
Complete package of expertly curated resources you will use on your transformative journey toward unlearning.
One 45-minute Insight Session- This is our initial meeting, where you will share your hopes and vision for the journey ahead and we will co-create a learning plan that works for you.
One 90-minute Dive-In Session- During this meeting, we will go deeper into your past experiences, your current reality, and your future vision. We will begin and end with an embodiment exercise and set an intention for the coming weeks.
Six 60-minute Consultative Coaching Sessions- These sessions will occur biweekly and begin with an embodiment exercise. Each session’s focus is determined by You, as you identify your current challenges, your current successes, and your new insights for further reflection.
One 90-minute Full Circle Session- This is our final meeting to reflect on the entirety of our journey together and your transformative growth experience. We will begin and end with an embodiment exercise and set an intention for moving forward in your new-found wisdom.
